A area to be loaned for community events. The walls and stage are for Artists to display/perform their work (no alcohol). Maintain accessibility for all. Maintain many web cameras, people's friends might be there. Work with multimedia schools, guest editors/camerapeople etc. Maintain an exhaustive school to help all cyclists. Maintain research for low cost/heavy load HPV's Maintain research projects for limited mobility people. Maintain research for human powered flight.

  5. Current Liabilities The CEO has suffered mental injuries. Fifteen years have gone by since last research conducted. Research can be slow to pay off. House debt, basement debt, small personal debt. A lawyer might try claim rights to one of my designs. (We had a clear oral agreement, although not on paper.)
