What does Co-op do for you? • Provides students with an alternative method of obtaining credits. • Provides an opportunity to gain a realistic idea of what a career choice will be. • Expands a student’s knowledge of the range of careers. • Allows students to apply school subject matter to the real world.
And… • Allows students access to equipment and procedures not available in school. • Help students develop good workplace skills and improve confidence. • Develops awareness of industry needs and demands. • Provides experience with resumes, cover letters and interviews.
