  3. Memorandum of Association Second. “The Registered Office of the Association will be situatesituated in the Colony of Hong Kong” (page 5) 更正香港於回歸後的名稱及改正錯字 situate。 Third. (b) “of the Association in the Colony of Hong Kong and…Pui Ching Middle School and Pui Ching Primary School.” (page5) 更正香港於回歸後的名稱及加入培正小學。 (u) “providing temporary shelter and mals meals…” (page 8) 改正錯字 mals。

  5. Preliminary • “…Regulations and Bye-lawsBy-laws of the…” (Page 16) 改正錯字 Bye-laws 。 …“In Writing” means written or printed or lithograthedlithographed or typewritten or cable or telex or facsimile messages or messages transmitted via other electronic means or any mode of reproducing words in a legible and non-transitory form. (Page 16) 加入傳真、電子郵件等作為合法「文字」及改正錯字 lithograthed。

  6. Preliminary “Ordinance” means the Companies Ordinance, (Chapter 32 of the Revised Edition) and every statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. “Special Resolution” has the meaning assigned thereto by the Ordinance. 加入「特別議案」的定義。

  7. Membership • (1) Having graduated or studied at Pui Ching Middle School or Pui Ching Primary School or any of its their branches… (Page 17) (3) The current directors and teachers of The Hong Kong Pui Ching Middle School or The Hong Kong Pui Ching Primary School. (Page 17) 加入培正小學學生、 校董及老師為會員資格。

  8. Subscriptions • “…each member shall pay to the Association the yearly subscription fee of $10.00 eachor a one-time subscription fee for life-time membership, amount of which to be determined by the Executive Committee from time to time. No fee shall be refundable.” (Page 18) 刪除會員年費金額，並加入終身會員會制。兩者費用由級代表大會決定。 • “Any member who fails to pay his subscription for the calendar year by the 31st of March shall be deprived…” (Page 18) 無論何時，只要未交當年會費，便無投票及任級代表權利；直至繳交後才恢復權利。

  9. Expulsion • “…After explusionexpulsion, the the expelled member…” (Page 18) 改正錯字 explusion。

  10. Notice of General Meetings • “…any member shall not invalideinvalidate the proceedings at any meeting.” (Page 21) 改正錯字 invliade。

  11. Proceedings at General Meetings • “…be deemed special that is transacted at asan extraordinary…the election of members of the Executive Committee and SupervisoryManaging Executive Committee…” (Page 21) 改正錯字 as 、免除通過級代表的委任及修正用語不一致之錯誤。 • “…such quorum shall consist of at least 10030 members for the time being of the Association of whom 115 shall be class representatives.” (Page 22) 會員大會法定人數由 100 人減至 30 人，當中 11 人必須為級代表則減為 5 人，避免經常流會。

The Executive Committee • (c) “One representative from The Teachers’ Association of The Pui Ching Primary School.” (Page 24) 加入培正小學老師一名出任理事會成員。 • “The members of the Executive Committee shall hold office for the term of one year two years…” (Page 24) 級代表任期由一年增至兩年。 • “The Executive Committee shall have one Chairman and foursix to eight Vice-Chairmen…” (Page 24) 副會長由四人增至六至八人。

  13. The Executive Committee • (f) “…in the Colony of Hong Kong. Such section shall be in charge of fostering fellowship and liasonliaison between the members.” (Page 25) 更正香港於回歸後的名稱及改正錯字 liason。

  14. Proceeding of the Committees • “The Executive Committee shall hold its own meeting once every 3 twelve months.” (Page 27) 級代表大會由每三個月一次改為每十二個月一次。 • “The Managing Executive Committee shall hold its own meeting once a every three months.” (Page 27) 常務理事大會由每一個月一次改為每三個月一次。

  15. Qualification of Committee Members • “Such quorum for Managing Executive Committee shall be over half of the respective six Committee members personally present. Such quorum for Managing Executive Committeeshall be over tenCommittee members personally present.” (Page 28) 出席常務理事會的法定人數由一半減至超過六人。出席級代表大會的法定人數由一半減至超過十人。 • …remove such member or Honorary Office Officer…” (Page 28) 改正錯字 Office。

  16. Qualification of Committee Members • …shall be eligible for forelection…” (Page 28) 刪除多餘的字 for。

  17. The Seal • “…signed by the Chairman or a Vice-chairmen and countersigned by the Treasurer ??? ...shall be signed by ??? the Chairman or a Vice-chairmen and countersigned by the Treasurer .” (Page 30) 有效支票簽署由「財務 + 會長或副會長」更改為「會長和副會長中任何兩位」。

  18. Election • “…to elect the Chairman and foursix to eight Vice-Chairmen of the Association with a view to inangurateinaugurate them…” (Page 32) 副會長由四人增至六至八人；另改正錯字 inangurate。

  19. Notices • “…by sending it through the post addressed to such member at his registered address or through electronic mail to such member at his registered e-mail address.” (Page 32) 除郵寄外， 電子郵件亦為合法發送通告之工具。 • “…is not within the said ColonyHong Kong may by notice in writing…an address within the said ColonyHong Kong which, for the purpose…” (Page 32) 更正香港於回歸後的名稱。

  20. Notices • “…registered address within the said ColonyHong Kong and has not given…” (Page 32) 更正香港於回歸後的名稱。
