Proposed Amendments to the OPGGS Environment Regulations Next steps: Implementation • NOPSEMA have commenced an update of existing guidance material • New guidance will be developed for key amendments prior to 1 March • Further guidance to be developed on streamlining amendments within 6 months of endorsement, in consultation with DoE • NOPSEMA will hold further stakeholder information sessions throughout the implementation process
