Why a Network? • The network allows you to take advantage of a national platform, strategic partnerships, ancillary products and services, and attractive compensation plans to grow your business, while still maintaining your identity within your local marketplace • American Agent Network is a resource to help you build your own name, and not someone else’s

The Real Estate Industry Has Changed • Technology has enabled more “agent freedom” and forced new ways of servicing clients • The real estate business has moved rapidly towards a virtual environment • The new direction of the real estate industry allows independent brokers and agents to have a larger share of their local marketplace

So How Does It Work? • You make the difference of your commission level, and the next highest level between you and the person who closes a transaction: • If you are at the 80% level, and an agent you directly recruit at 75% sells a home, you are going to make the difference of 5% • You also get paid Generational Bonuses: • So, using this same example, if you were to recruit an agent directly to you, you would make a generational bonus of 7%, Which would total 12% of the Field Commission
