Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation • Our reservation is approximately 35 miles from north to south boundaries. • It is at least 60 miles across from West to East boundaries. • Traveling from Omak to Inchelium is approximately 124 miles over three diverse passes and dependent on the weather it can take up to 2 to 3.5 hours. • Four distinct communities, Inchelium, Keller, Nespelem and Omak.

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation • Located in North Eastern Washington • 9,100 enrolled members with 4,500 members living on the Reservation and 3,000 to 5,000 non-members living on the reservation. • One of the largest employers of the Eastern Washington with over 1,000 during peak employment season.

San Poil Community Health Clinic -Keller • Governance: Originally, a board of 7 local residents plus 2 alternates with 4 of the elected board being tribal members and 3 non-tribal members governed the Inchelium Community Health Center. As the health facilities project evolved, the Inchelium board joined the Keller board to create the Colville Nation Community Health Centers Board. This health board is made of 7 residents from Keller, 7 residents from Inchelium and up to 2 alternates from each respected district. CCT – CHC – I.H.S. • Tribal Clinics (LRCHC & San Poil Valley) and Tribal Health has worked with I.H.S. on a joint pan flu plan, which was a very success especially after 2009. • CCT continues to attend both Region 7 and Region 9 to better network with both regions and how the regions work affects the Colville Reservation. • CCT is currently updated their comprehensive emergency plan and is a part of the Tribes Emergency Management.
