Wrestling isn’t always bad. For example, the Messenger (SAW) was wearing a mask and asked Umar (RA) to wrestle him. Umar (RA) accepted but, lost.He was embarrassed when he found out he wrestled the Messenger (SAW)

  • There are different types of wrestling

    • First one to touch the ground with any part of there body other than the feet loses. (toppling)

    • Certain position (touch fall)

    • Certain position for an amount of time (pin fall)

    • Submission

  • Catch Hold (hold then start)

  • Loose style (no grip)
