Online Student Accommodation Letter Generation • Welcome to the Online Student Accommodation Letter Generation ‘How-To’ Information. • This document should be used as a guide to the actual process. • Slides may differ slightly from the website, as the online server is updated constantly. • The best instructions are found on the website, as they are most up to date. • Open the website by opening the following link:https://clock.uss.ualberta.ca/ClockWork/custom/misc/home.aspx

  3. Select Accommodation Letters

  4. Log in to the system using your CCID and password

  5. View course specific accommodations and print Letter of Accommodation or Print Letter of Accommodation directly

  6. Select the ‘Generate PDF Letter’ button. A ‘pdf’ file will be created. You can then email it to your instructor or print.
