(race, religion/belief, sexuality, gender, age, transgender or disability) Report to the Equality & Diversity Co-ordinator anne.williams@loucoll.ac.uk P Team Leader/Link Manager decide what disciplinary action will be taken Decide if disciplinary action is needed (College Staff or Student Disciplinary Procedure) Equality & Diversity Co-ordinator meets with victim/witness E & D Co-ordinator advises Team Leader/Manager of incident Discuss with E&D Co-ordinator to determine need to report to Police Victim supported by Officer at Human Rights and Equalities Charnwood Investigation instigated By Team Leader/Manager Incident (named or anonymously) to Leicestershire Hate Incident Monitoring Project
