  1. Today: Share, critique, get ideas from each other. In groups of three, take turns reading your responses to the interview questions I provided. Listeners: after each question, talk about the response. 1 person will take notes on a piece of paper, providing written feedback for each question.

  2. Title the sheet: • Feedback for ______________ provided by ______& ________ • At the end of today’s class, hand in the assignment with the feedback page stapled to it. • I will review these, add additional thoughts, return by Friday for your final edited responses due Monday.

  3. As you develop your SBEs, consider the following questions … • Where was this strength useful? • Did it help you overcome a challenge in a • particular situation? • Point out how a lack of this trait could have • been detrimental. • Why is it important / beneficial to have this • strength in the workforce? • Is there a situation when you dealt with someone (an employee, classmate, teacher, teammate, co-worker) who did not have this trait? How was it difficult / frustrating?

  4. Summary: • Monday you will turn in final responses to all 10 questions (staple draft copies and feedback notes to back) • Please start each response with the corresponding question. • Unit Assessment = 100 points
