  3. Introduction (668) • Software based system which provides SMS based and Internet bases interface to end-users in order to retrieve the registered mobile SIM(s) information • System has ensure proper data integrity mechanism providing high availability & low response time.

  6. Data Integration • Data Integration is the process of Loading the Subscriber information in to the central repository • Data Integration process is divided in to two phases • Initial Load ( Full Load from each Operators) • Incremental Load ( Daily/ Weekly Changes and additions)

  8. SMS Gateway • SMS Gateway providing the connectivity to country operators • Gateway holds following features / Configuration • One Short code connectivity with all operators • Message delivery via respective operators • High reliability & efficiency (Maximum 1 Million SMSs have been answered)

  10. Web based Service • Access to the subscriber information via Internet • Subscriber enters his/her National Identity Card Number to view the number of SIMs registered against given NIC

Source System influence (Operators data) Initial Load Initial load is the full extract of the all the number with NIC information provided by all mobile phone operators which is further consolidated in one file Delta Load In order to keep the SIM information database up to date, the operators provides the data file of new mobile numbers/changes on weekly basis; All the operators provides delta file to PTA
