  7. Requirements Matrix • Quick-reference guide to the rulebook • Link to the Requirements Matrix

  8. Comments - Focus • Focus: Does the rulebook meet its goals?

  9. Comments - Broad • Scope: • Are all appropriate types of rules included? • Too much? Too little? • Structure: • Clear? • User-friendly?

  10. Comments - Specific • Be specific (i.e. identify a rule {G.1(a)} and/or order {D.# & OP# or page}) • Omission • Mischaracterization • Ambiguity • Out-of-date
