  6. Robust Safety Tools These enable us to: Authenticate • Social and technical checks at signup • Enforce ‘real-name culture’ Promote user control • Granular privacy settings • Special provisions for minors

Responding to Cyberbullying • Robust abuse reporting infrastructure • Trained reviewers working 24/7 to ensure prompt review of the most urgent reports, usually within 24 hours • Tweaking our reporting link locations and report flows to optimize abuse team response • Prioritize reports of cyberbullying

Responding to Cyberbullying • Use targeted contextual messaging to educate users and ensure there are consequences for abusers • We emphasize education on the site and partner extensively with experts: • Founding member of the Stop Cyberbullying Coalition operated by WiredSafety • Creation of the Safety Advisory Board • Safety Center with content for parents, educators, and teens • Facebook Safety Page
