We seek to accomplish this with a focus on state of the art tools and applications, high quality products, an exceptional compensation plan, and a dedication to proper business practices and guidelines. In order to maintain this high level, it is vital that all Associates follow the iGrow Network guidelines as detailed in our Policies and Procedures. Here are some important highlights. Dos & mention the igrow business opportunity. This includes interactions either in person, on the phone, or online. Don’ts • Always share the iGrow Network Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) whenever you Do not talk about the iGrow Network business opportunity without also sharing the iGrow Income Disclosure Statement (IDS). • Do not sell iGrow Network as an opportunity that requires little or no work, or use the following words or phrases in association with iGrow Network : Investments, Hyips, Passive Income, Guaranteed Income, Easy Money. Now you can Retire, Get Rich Quick , Make $XXX in your first week! • Make sure all new prospects have read and understood the iGrow Network Compensation Plan before becoming a iGrow Network Associate. • Do not make false or deceptive claims about the iGrow Network business opportunity or products. • Use approved iGrow Network marketing materials or submit your personal custom marketing materials to support@iGrownet.com for approval, prior to using them. Be sure to follow the language guidelines if you are creating your own marketing materials. • DO NOT MAKE INCOME CLAIMS OR EXPECTATIONS WHEN PROSPECTING FUTURE MEMBERS. • Report suspicious or flagrant Compliance infractions to igrow immediately. Do not engage in any communication with those posting questionable material. • Do not promise that you, or others, will build an Associate’s downline for them. • Do not hold any public meeting without prior approval and training from iGrow Network (private home meetings excluded). • If you see posts which are negative or derogatory in nature towards igrow, report it immediately. Do not engage in any communication with those posting this material. • Do not post negative or derogatory comments about iGrow Network , it’s Officers, personnel, or Users, in any public forum. • Do not establish more than one Membership per Tax ID or EIN. • Listen to Live or Recorded Corporate Update webinars whenever possible, as well as read all iGrow Network Newsletters and Notifications, in order to stay current with any updates or changes. • Do not expect spillover. Spillover is a byproduct of the Matrix, which results from a combination of the algorithms the system uses to fill the Matrix and the efforts of your upline. Spillover is not a guarantee and should never be discussed as a benefit of joining iGrow Network . • Help your downline stay in Compliance. • Use the “Independent Associate” iGrowNetwork logo on marketing materials, business cards and custom websites. • Do not solicit other iGrow Network Users (outside of your own personally referred Members) to join any other competing networking programs. • Refer ALL tax and/or legal questions to a qualified tax/legal expert. • Do not speak on behalf of the company.
