AN ISO 9001:2008 COMPANY COMPOSITE COLUMN Column of composite structure with cylindrical shape are made from steel Flat sheet and produced through roll forming and automated seam welding operation. The necessary connection parts which are being used in assembling “column to column”, “column to beam” and other shear connections inside the columns are welded by using high accurate automatic jig and fixtures to guarantee quick and easy installation at construction site. After installation of column, concrete is filled into the tube column which has adequate interior shear connectors then finally the “Composite Column” is formed. Formerly SKANDA PREFAB INDUSTRIES

AN ISO 9001:2008 COMPANY COMPOSITE BEAM Beams of this system are made from hot-rolled U-Channel, integrated with welded shear connectors by German high technology welding machine “Soyer” acting as composite system when it’s accomplished with “ Metal Deck” and concrete placement at construction site. Beams are produced by CNC machines with high accurate and tight quality control system to insure quick and easy installation. All “ beam to column” and “beam to beam” connections are bolted with high strength bolt which are being regularly tested in terms of mechanical and strength properties before of using at construction site.
