  1. Super Simple Way to Find Your Ideal Job Ideal career coach

  2. You Already Have Everything You Need to Find Your Ideal Job OK, yes, I’m exaggerating but the three things you need to find your ideal job are: • Your supercomputer brain • Pen • Paper

  3. Writing Helps Stimulate the Creative Part of Your Brain • Like my Dad used to always say “When fixing anything in Life, it’s best to start with the cheapest and easiest option first”, Which brings me to my first point – using a Paper and Pen. • I credit my Coach and Mentor – Master Coach Jim Kaspari for pointing out that when lost for words or thought, the best approach is to take a step away from the screen. And now stage enter left (or right) – The Pen and Paper. • Much has been said throughout history about these two instruments which don’t need repeating in this text but just to point out that they very much apply to you and can be your greatest associate throughout this period in your life. In fact, it’s (mostly) free and you don’t even need a Career Coach!

  4. Many people (including myself) have reached their certain and fortuitous station in life by merely writing out what it is they most desire for a career.  Here’s a simple guide with powerful questions to get you started: • Are you happy with your current position? If not, why not? Are you sure it’s somewhere else? • What exactly does this ideal, perfect job look like? • What company or companies would you like to work for? • What industries excite you? What are various target titles? What is the Salary Range? What are the duties you’d prefer? • What can I offer this prospective employer and/or employers? • What knowledge do I have of their business?

  5. I know that this sounds simple but much of our life is focused too much at looking on the internet for the answers. Writing down your target job, salary and ideal company description in long form might just help orientate you in your search.  Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most elegant and effective.

  6. Content Source: https://idealcareercoach.com/super-simple-way-to-find-your-ideal-job/ • By organizing your thoughts and transcribing them on paper perhaps you will reach the conclusion for the direction you need to take. • Please feel free to reach out with any questions(925) 766-6322 or take me up on my offer for a complimentary resume review.
