  12. 4 – INSTALLATION • Suggested holes are of 202 mm Ø for higher performances, but the unit can works with 162mm Ø holes as well. Unico Inverter DC back

  13. It is very easy to operate the unit with 200 mm holes. The unit is factory fitted to work with 160 mm holes, if necessary. • First hole: remove the pre-cut plastic 4 – INSTALLATION • Second hole: behind the rear panel there is a polistyrene cylinder that reduces the size of the hole. Simply remove it. The distance between the center of the holes remains the same as the UNICO Star. This easily allows replacing old Unico Star units with the new Unico Inverter.

  14. The minimum top/bottom and side allowances have been reduced. Unico Inverter can be installed in small niches where it was not possible to install Unico Star. 4 – INSTALLATION

  16. REAR PART 5 – Easiermaintenance The back of the unit is made by two panels LEFT PANEL Encloses the: - coil zone - compressor - drain exhaust system RIGHT PANEL Encloses the condenser fan group,. Removing some screws the whole fan group can be removed to be more easily serviced.

  17. FRONT PART 5 – Easiermaintenance The front part has a big frontal panel. When you remove it, you find two smaller panels. LEFT PANEL Removing it you can access to the electric board RIGHT PANEL Removing it you can access to - compressor - external coil probe - drain exhaust system

  18. 6 – ADVANCED AIR FILTERS • Electrostatic filter: removes small particles and smoke, dust, pollen, pet hair, preventing allergy issues • Active carbon filter: removes smells and deactivates harmful gases Cleaning: The air inlet grills are very easy to dismount Air inlet-outlet flaps closed Air inlet-outlet flaps open

  19. 7 – LOW AMBIENT CONTROL UNICO Inverter can work in cooling mode with outside temperature up to -10C°! This makes UNICO a perfect solution for server rooms.
