Improve RCOs’ understanding of the Equality Rights Improve the way mainstream and generic service providers engage with MRCOs Work with RCOs and help them to increase their capacity to respond to changing environments. www.refugeecouncil.org.uk

  3. Activities Providing one-to-one advice and support sessions. Free London-wide training programme on various aspects of capacity building. Providing information to MRCOs and other frontline organisations. Providing training to MRCOs on how to develop an ‘Equalities-based’ approach to service delivery. Organising sub-regional discussion forum between service providers and MRCOs. www.refugeecouncil.org.uk
