  3. Emotions Every day, we feel different emotions such as sadness, joy, disappointment, happiness, anger, confusion, fear, gloominess, etc.

  4. What is an emotion? An emotion is a psychological and physical reaction to a situation.The emotion triggered by a situation is different for each individual, their past, and their life story as well as their mental abilities and psychological state.

  5. Different emotions Joy Joy is alively and pleasant emotion, a feeling of abundance that affects the entire person when they realize their aspirations, ambitions, desires, or dreams. It can generate a big smile, even tears.

  6. Different emotions Anger Anger is a manifestation of dissatisfaction and like all emotions, it is healthy. How we respond to it can sometimes cause problems though.Healthy anger management goes hand in hand with an attitude of taking responsibility for your life.

  7. Different emotions Fear We generally feel fear when a danger or threat is present or expected.In other words, when we analyse a danger, fear can result. Fear is a consequence of the analysis of danger and allows the person to flee or fight.

  8. Remember… Emotions are valuable and guide us towards Wellness.Learning to recognize them is key to living in harmony with them.

  9. Remember… At times, emotions can be intense. Someone may feel overwhelmed and not know how to feel better.It can then be very useful to ask for help.You can talk to someone you trust, such as a parent, friend, teacher, etc.
