RF work plan • Test first large amplifier at Daresbury • Electric checks are being made now • Driver amplifiers being retested now • Expect results mid Dec 09 • Study of requirements/desires for MICE hall RF layout, coax systems, component sizes and method to construct under MICE hall floor – starting Jan 10 – report after 3 months • CAD visualisation of RF layout required

  2. If funding allows – rebuild and test of large amplifier 2 beginning April 2010 – 6 months • Disassembly of first large amplifier system and power supplies, transport to RAL, install in MICE hall and prepare for test in area, autumn 2010 • Prepare report into RF layout installation for step 5 and specification of design for step 6 if changes are needed
