  1. Now thank we all our God, with heart and hands and voices,Who wondrous things has done, in Whom this world rejoices;Who from our mothers’ arms has blessed us on our wayWith countless gifts of love, and still is ours today. • O may this bounteous God through all our life be near us,With ever joyful hearts and blessèd peace to cheer us;And keep us in His grace, and guide us when perplexed; And free us from all ills, in this world and the next! • All praise and thanks to God the Father now be given; The Son and Him Who reigns with Them in highest Heaven; The one eternal God, whom earth and Heaven adore; For thus it was, is now, and shall be evermore. 3. Jesus went on His way to Jerusalem. He was passing between the countries of Samaria and Galilee.  As He was going into one of the towns, ten men with a bad skin disease came to Him. They stood a little way off. They called to Him, "Jesus! Teacher! Take pity on us!"  When Jesus saw them, He said, "Go and show yourselves to the religious leaders." As they went, they were healed.   King's Taunton 2008

  4. One of them turned back when he saw he was healed. He thanked God with a loud voice.  He got down on his face at the feet of Jesus and thanked Him. He was from the country of Samaria.  Jesus asked, "Were there not ten men who were healed? Where are the other nine?  Is this stranger from another country the only one who turned back to give thanks to God?"  Then Jesus said to him, "Get up and go on your way. Your trust in God has healed you." King's Taunton 2008
