  2. Projects • $31.2 million – bonding authority to purchase University Place Hotel • $200,000 for IUPUI integrated transit study • $45 million – bonding authority for IUB Central Heating Plant, FY06 • $20.9 million cash promised IU over two years for repair and rehabilitation funding

IU Salary Policy Campus range of average percentage increases 1%-3% Exclusions from calculations • Approved gender and race equity • Market-driven adjustments (outside offers; approved market research results) • Promotions and reclassifications Biweekly staff • Annualized rate $30,000 or above 2.25% • Annualized rate below $30,000 flat $675
