  1. Light Energy By Kyle Chisholm Ryan Biehl

  2. Explanation of Light Energy Of all the forms of energy light is probably the most important. Without it plants cannot grow, people could not see, and most animals cannot exist. Light is basically a wave that has tiny particles moving at very fast speeds called photons right through it. But if you really wanted to get into it light can be referred to as Electromagnetic radiation.

  3. The Speed Of Light The Speed of light was said to be 299,792,458 Meters per second or about 186,282 miles per second. Different physicists have attempted to measure the speed of light throughout history. Galileo attempted to measure the speed of light in the seventeenth century. An early experiment to measure the speed of light was conducted by Ole Rømer, a Danish physicist, in 1676.

  4. Examples Of Energy Black lights are used at airports to check driver’s license.

  5. Examples Of Energy Candles are sometimes used at churches instead of light bulbs for light.

  6. Examples Of Energy The sun provides light for us all of the day.

  7. Examples Of Energy Lamps are used every day in our homes.
