REGinNET project

This staff exchange fellowship facilitated discussions on future collaborations between Varna Free University and FFG-BIT, focusing on projects under FP6 and other EU programs. It also explored potential partnerships between SMEs from Varna and Vienna. The fellowship resulted in the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and best practices in consulting, project management, and dissemination of information.

REGinNET project • Fellowship’s main outcomes: • Discussed possibilities for future cooperation between VFU and FFG- BIT • concerning projects under FP6 programme and other EU programmes. • Discussed possibilities for future cooperation between VFU and • the Centre for Social Innovation concerning projects in the fields of e-learning, • IST fields, socio- economics and bilateral agreements. • Discussed possibilities for future cooperation between SMEs from Varna region and SMEs from the region of the Vienna concerning the FP6 Programme and other EU programmes. Pointed out potential partners • (researchers and companies) for future projects. • Knowledge, skills and know-how acquired and exchange of best practices on how to: • Use standards and tools used by the host organisation • in order to increase the proficiency of consulting; • Track important information in the project management, • how to organise events and disseminate information; • Learn how to contact companies, how to disseminate results of the project.
