Mistakes are very important so they are not afraid to do anything. Plus they are very smart and have many talents. They can help are team achieve many different and exciting goals.I am also looking for a team player who is a good thinker and can teach mi team different things. The good thinker person will teach mi team different things an can I help are team a lot. I also looking far someone who is pricipaled.Someone who is principled is always on time and willing to help and nice and always helping. They are reliable and very trustworthy.
