  4. Financial Crises • You do not have any money. • Keep a positive attitude. • Create a budget. • Don’t live outside your means.

  5. Harassment • Can be from friends, peers, or even family members. • Interferes with your ability to do your best. • You need to confide in someone.

  6. Divorce • Legal end to a marriage. • Usually tension builds up before hand. • Stressful on children because of custody issues. • New relationships can also be stressful.

  7. Death • Grieving process • Denial: refuse to believe they have died. • Anger: at person for dying or others for not sympathizing. • Bargaining: negotiate away the death. • Depression: feeling lonely, withdrawal from others. • Acceptance: understand the death.
