Three major lines of the project • which IST projects, which EU teleworking tools or methodologies can be the best for the use in the CIS countries? • which operational EU-CIS business teleworking systems can be the best to show them as positive or negative experience of teleworking? • what are the local telework problems and how the particular CIS country is ready for the telework?
