  • Partner with a medical group that provides physicals and access to specialists

    • Develop their expertise with NVIC 04-08, NMC, STCW

    • Work on relationship development with mariners

    • Involve mariners’ spouses, families

    • Consider frequency of physicals greater than USCG’s 5-year standard

    • Provide your most at-risk mariners with extra support
