  13. Vendor Support Vendors are a big part of VMUG and they usually will provide meals, drinks, or door prizes in exchange for presentation time or site presence at our meetings. Vendors are welcome to attend meetings. However – Vendors should attend as a sponsor, not as a user, and by invite only. Vendors cannot run a VMUG meeting nor do they have direct access to VMUG members information. What is a vendor – simply put – if you work for a company that sells, supports, or consults – IT based software / hardware, or services then you’re a vendor.
