  1. Computers and iPadHardware A presentation by Aragorn Keuken & Ethan Wake

  2. Motherboard A motherboard is the control center of the computor. Everything connects to the motherboard. Each motherboard has a collection of chips known as a chipset. When new motherboards are created the chip set is improved and the computer itself improves.

  3. TheCPU All the processing that the computer has to do is done at the CPU. The word CPU stands for Central Processing Output. It is removable from the motherboard and the more gigahertz it can process the better the computer will run.

  4. Storage and working, memory. The hard drive is a piece of hardware that contains all that the computer is not currently using. It shares physical resemblances with that of a record player. RAM stands for Random Access Memory and is used to run programs. The more RAM the more powerfully a program can be run.

  5. TheOperatingSystem The operating system is a piece of software on your computer that controls how your computers programs interact with each other. There are many types of operating systems such as iOS , android ,Linux ,ChromeOS , macOS and Windows.

  6. Connectivity Connectivity is that which allows you access to the internet and other sources of information. Different types of connectivity vary your connection speed. The many different types of connectivity are Wi-fi, Bluetooth, wired and 3g etc.

  7. Input and Output Input is real world source of intractable content that when used is inserted into a computer in language it understands. Various examples are the keyboard and mouse. Output is when a computer transfers information it contains to an external source and displays it as we can understand. Some outputs are the computer screen and printer.
