The New England Association of Circulation Executives is proud to present the 4th Annual William Hoar NEACE Secretary The Sun Retired William Hoar Executive Excellence API Award “Awarded annually to forward the core mission of NEACE — to contribute to the personal and professional growth of its members. Named in proud recognition of a man who embodies that core mission.” This scholarship rewards a circulation employee with tuition and travel expenses to an API Circulation Executive Seminar.
