  3. Today the girls of spring take on section rival, • Plum, • in their home opener at 3:30. •  Come out and cheer them on.   • Go Eagles.

  4. The next prom club meeting will be held immediately after school on Tuesday, April 1 in room 211.

  5. Congratulations, Lacrosse Team • Oakland Catholic Varsity lacrosse beat Allderdice yesterday with a score 19-5. Scoring was led by katie Kush with 4 goals, followed by Taylor Lewand with 3 goals. Maggie Doyle, Julia Lewand, and Caroline Seekings all scored two goals. Greta Bould, Christine Cooper, Kyra Farrell, Maggie Halfrety, Mary Obrien, and Alaina Finney, Rounded out scoring with 1 goal a piece. Kyra Farrell had 4 saves, and Mary Beth Miller had 5 saves in net. 

  6. The library will be closed 9th period on Thursday, March 27th.

  7. Wednesday and Thursday • Ms Teeters' classes are reminded to report to the computer lab on Wednesday and Thursday.

  8. Remember No School on Friday, March 28!

  9. Students traveling to Penn State for PJAS are reminded that their 3 original medical forms are due to Mrs. Benedik by Wednesday. Be sure to check in with her personally by Wednesday for last minute details!

  10. ATTENTION WASHINTON D.C. MISSION TEAM LEADERS:   Mandatory Meeting April  2nd at 2:45 till 3:30 in G10 with Ms. Dorrie.

  13. HAVE RECEIPTS FROM SPIRIT WEEK DECORATING? Get your receipts to Mrs. Benedik in Room G24 for Freshmen, Sophomores, or Juniors. Get your receipts to Patty Sorg if you are a Senior. All receipts must be in by Wednesday for repayment.

  14. Attention Seniors: • The representative from Josten’s will be in the Study Area on Monday, March 31st during lunch periods to distribute Graduation announcement/accessories that were ordered. Students who have paid in full can pick up their orders. If you received a notice indicating a balance, please bring a check/money order made payable to JOSTEN’S when you pick up your order on March 31st.

  15. “Attention graduating seniors -- go to WPIAL.org or FCBanking.com -- and apply for one of the First Commonwealth Bank “Time to Be First” College Scholarships.  • A total of 20, $1,000 scholarships will be awarded!  • The winners will attend a banquet with guest speaker, Clint Hurdle!  • The deadline for entries is March the 28th.”
