Tais informações são importantes para estudos epidemiológicos. Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a infecção( período de incubação e latência ) e a germinação da ferrugem da figueira. Introdução/Objetivos • Método • O ensaio foi conduzido em labora - • - tório, o inóculo inicial foi obtido de • pomar orgânico da UFPR. • Nas Temperaturas de 18°, 20°, 22° • 24°, 25°, 26°, 28° e 30°C. • O delineamento foi em DIC, • análise estatística foi no statistica • 6.0 Infecçao Figura 2. germinação de C. fici nas diferentes temperaturas. Fotos: arquivo pessoal • Melhor temperatura para infecção (incubação e latência) • entre 24 e 26°C; • Ótima temperatura para germinação variando entre 24 e 28°C • e período de molhamento de 24h.
