Architecture Subcommittee Background • Formed as a subcommittee of the ZigBee Technical Steering Committee in February 2003 • Representatives on the Subcommittee from each Working Group plus selected at-large members • Responsibilities: • Address open architecture issues emanating from the Working Groups • Create an overall ZigBee Protocol Architecture Overview • Work with Marketing to understand/decompose market requirements to technical requirements • Summarize and manage costs for the entire protocol solution Don Sturek, Figure 8 Wireless
