  2. Back Pain also known “dorsalgia” is pain felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. will happen when sit on a chair for a long period time.

Eye Strain occurs when eyes get tired from intense use, such as driving a car for extended periods, reading, or working at the computer for a long period time. symptoms of eye strain: i) lead to physical tired ii) decreased productivity iii) increased numbers of work errors iv) disruptive the ability to concentrate

  6. Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) • Happen when too much of stress put in part of the body for a period of time. • Symptoms : weakness, pain in arm and wrists. • Example : - prolonged use of hand - carrying heavy items, - sitting in a same position for a long time.
