History • Previously diagnosed by rDVM in May 2011 • Aortic thrombus • Hyperadrenocorticism • Current medications: • Famotidine (10 mg, PO, Q12) • Denamarin(225 mg, PO, Q24) • Aspirin (10 mg, PO, Q12) • Ursodiol(75 mg, PO, Q24) • Amitriptyline (15 mg, PO, Q12) • Trilostane(30 mg, PO, Q24) • Heparin (0.37 mL, SC, Q8) • UTD on vaccines, ecto/endo-parasite control

  4. Physical Exam • BAR • Weight (kg): 7.8 kg • P: 120 bpm • R: 32 bpm • MM: pink • CRT: <2 s • BCS: 4/9

  5. Problem list • Blind OU • Grade I-II/VI left apical systolic murmur • Asymmetrical femoral pulses (L>R) • Hepatomegaly • Symmetrical muscle atrophy
