  2. OurMission The mission of the Duxbury Council on Aging (COA) is to identify the problems and needs of the elder population, to design, promote, and implement services to meet these needs, and to educate and enlist support and participation of all in the community

  6. Volunteer Support • In fiscal 2013, our 257 volunteers gave 22,360 hours of service. (Using the Independentsector.org dollar value of $22.14 per hour, the gift of time is valued at $495,061

  7. Capital Project Requests • Replace carpeting on the 2nd floor ($14,000) • Replace 25 dining chairs Ellison Room ($7,250) • Roof Cleaning ($2,250) Total Capital Request $23,500
