  2. My Teaching Philosophy I believe that all students can and will learn. It is my job to make sure the students feel valued and develop to their full potential. I know that all students learn, grow, and mature at their own pace, it is my responsibility to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses and teach effectively.

No Excuses University at Harvest Valley 4th Grade Daily Schedule • 8:00-8:30: Language Arts UA/BIC • 8:30-8:40: Correct: Write On! • 8:40-9:25: Language Arts Lesson • 9:25-9:55: Spelling/Writing • 9:55-10:25: Intervention • 10:25-10:55: E.L.D. • 10:55-11:35 Lunch • 11:35-12:30: Math Lesson • 12:30-1:00: Math U.A. • 1:00-1:15: Recess • 1:15- 1:45: Social Studies/Science • 1:45- 2:15: Core Literature/ Goal Focus • 2:20: Dismissal

Homework Schedule • No Excuses University at Harvest Valley School • Homework should be completed nightly. • Homework folder should be returned to school each day. • Highlighted assignments on schedule indicate incomplete assignment. • The reading log should be filled in nightly with the main idea and reading time (minimum 20 minutes).
