Tantangan Indonesia dalam SDMK(WHO,2013) • Planning, recruitment and retention of healthworkforce in the face of increasing demand from neighboring countries • Quality of care to lack oversight and effective licensing, particularly in the private sector. The vast majority of public sector health workers have second job in the private sector coz of inadequate wages in public sector
