We have been using QLS for several years now and the service has improved immensely. Any problems we have had in the past, have been sorted and even the drivers have a great work ethic. There have been times when we have urgently needed stock and David Vogel has been able to organize the logistics to get it here in a hurry.   13. QLS Recommendations It must be said that during the initial commencement of delivery, some few years ago, we did experience some start up issues. Your personnel are commendable as these issues however minor were ironed out pretty quickly. Up to now, we are receiving QLS V-Double (those big trucks) at least once or twice a week. The warehouse personnel are always happy to work with your personnel in all aspects of the logistics provision, from booking in, scheduling delivery and more importantly ON TIME delivery to our store. In the last couple of years what really impressed me about QLS was during our wet/cyclone season, when quite often the Bruce Highway was closed for a few days, your management took it upon yourselves to endeavour to delivery goods to the northern store via the inland roads system. This is despite the fact that it took a couple of extra days to get up here. The Good Guys motto in this respect has always been DIFOT (DELIVERY IN FULL ON TIME). Well done guys and keep up the great work.   14. QLS Recommendations North Queensland has been a very difficult area for retailers because of the inordinate delays and damage we have received in the past. Over the last few years we have seen QLS develop its system of delivery in Nth Queensland with tremendous results. Their policy of door to door deliveries without the use of on forwarders has meant stock presents better, cartons are not scuffed or damaged. To a large extent damage has been eliminated from transport only issues for brands you carry (which includes F and P, Bosch, Hisense, etc.) QLS was the only transport company operating during the floods. We are happy to recommend you to any suppliers when they ask.   15. QLS Recommendations Since F & P started using QLS the results have been great, turn around times have been massively reduced and we have had very few if any damages. I would suggest that a switch to QLS would be beneficial for both Electrolux and HN. I truly think this would be a positive move for both of us. When the floods this year closed our roads down to all freight companies QLS were the first ones through and are always prompt and will contact our warehouse manager if there is going to be a change in delivery times. Their door to door policy is great as there is no on forwarding and stock arrives in good condition with little or no damage to cartons.
