Thank you to all Greek Chapters, Residence Halls and Campus Organizations that ordered t-shirts! • Campus Organizations pick-up day still TBD • Will be notified by email of pick-up time/location sometime next week • More short-sleeve and v-neck shirts are being printed this week • Greek Chapters who were NOT assigned a pick-up time last Sunday will have merchandise delivered as soon as shipment is received • Residence Halls with orders that were missing a few items on pick-up day will be delivered needed merchandise as soon as shipment is received • Questions? • Email us at HomecomingMM@missouri.edu Merchandise

Reused Objects: • Please email HomecomingParade@missouri.edu with the details of your reused objects. • Description of the object • Where you are reusing your object: Parade, Campus Decoration or Talent • You have until October 18 to notify the Parade Committee with your object details. • The 5-points awarded for reusing a object in two of the three events will be included in the Parade awarded points. Tiger Food Fight • Campus Food Drive • Next Friday, October 12 from 10am-3pm in front of the bookstore • Greek chapters- pick up a drop-off schedule from us after the meeting • Residence Halls and Organizations- you can drop off your cans any time from 10am-3pm • We will be collecting money and loose change at the Food Fight, so bring your spare change! • $1 = 15 pounds for the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri service

Tigers Taming Hunger • Grocery Store/Community Food Drive • Don't forget to get your volunteers for your shifts • Your volunteers will be required to check-in with a Steering Committee member at the beginning and end of each shift • If your Residence Hall or Organization is not on the schedule and wants to participate, come see us after the meeting • We will also be collecting loose change in front of the grocery stores service

Day of Service • Community Based Volunteer Day • Saturday, October 20 • Day of Service sign-ups are due at the end of next week's liaison meeting (October 11) • The previous date was October 12, so make sure you bring it next Thursday • Encourage members and residents to volunteer even after you reach your required amount of volunteers!   21. Banner • If you would like help creating your banner, the craft studio is offering the services and supplies. To make an appointment go to: http://craftstudio.missouri.edu/?page_id=2104 • Sketches for banners are due on October 11that the liaison meeting • Greek grouping will hang their competition banner on October 21st by 3pm • Residence Halls will hang their competition banner on October 18th Special events

Decorate the District • You will select your business after the meeting tonight. • We will go in order of the number you selected when you checked in • Proof on Contact must include an attached design for owner/manager. • This is due at the liaison meeting on October 11th • Each grouping will get one black and one gold window paint from MAA • If you are in a greek grouping a member from each chapter must be present while decorating, but it is not required to use all of the allotted time. Decorating will take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Special events

MIZ-BBQ • Residence Halls: • We will be getting the open flame permits for you • You must obtain a temporary food permit for your BBQ, all information can be found at: • http://ehs.missouri.edu/food/permits.html • If you have not done this already, Do it this week! • BBQ takes place on Thursday, Oct 18 this year • You can set up for BBQ area form 11:30am-4pm. • Judging will begin at 4:30pm • Questions: homecomingprojects@missouri.edu Special events
