In addition to the free weight section, the open plan floor includes areas for aerobic and spin classes.   9. LOCATION Enter through the Royal Orchid Hotel and ask the reception for details, or pass by the reception and walk down from the stairs to the first floor. This is where the Nautilus Health & Fitness Centre is located. If driving to Nautilus Health & Fitness Centre, you may access the car park area by proceeding to the gate and informing the security via the intercom that you have arrived to use the gym.
