Goals of MassTERI To create a replicable model which: • Explores in a systematic way the needs of the education support professionals specifically the school nutrition personnel • Provides a training delivery system to address those needs • Assess and evaluates the impact of this research &training • Disseminate this information to all stakeholders, policy makers and communities with interest in this field To create a model which provides a space for all voices to be heard & considered

Research Component & Approach Quantitative Who: School nutrition personnel Total: Purposeful selection 20%, n=124 How: Survey instrument administered on site Qualitative Who: School Nutrition Directors & Union representatives. Total: 12 SND and 3 unions representing 9 districts How: In-depth structured interviews
