    12. Physical Barrier Physical barriers are environmental factors which actually prohibit or limit the spending and receiving of message Location, environment, time and distance, our physical condition and the medium we choose to communicate in can all create difficulties for us.

    14. Language Barrier When we communicate our main concern is to understand and be understood. Language is what helps us to convey meaning. How we use language depends on our background, cultural, experience, attitude and location.

    16. Cultural Barrier Religion, social, customs, and traditions , food, clothes, manners, habits, and family ties are some important cultural barrier . Language and culture are closely related.

    17. Psychological Barrier Our emotions attitudes affect the sending and receiving of messages creating psychological in the process. No two individuals are alike.

    19. Mechanical Barrier If the instrument or equipment we use are defective then our communication will be not up to the mark. For example:- T.V or radio not working properly etc.

    20. How To Overcome Barriers There are a lot of communication barriers faced by all. The message intended by the sender is not understood by the receiver in the same term and sense and thus communication breakdown occurs. Lets talk about how to overcome these barriers of communication.
