  2. BAHAN-BAHAN • Buahstroberi 100 gr, haluskan • - Susu rasa stroberi 900 ml • - Cream rasa stroberi 250 ml • - Agar-agar warnamerah 1 bungkus (7 gram) • - Gulapasir 100 gr • - Telurayamdikocoklepas 2 butircampurdengan 4 sdmsususeger.

  3. BAHAN FLA • -Susukentalmanis 1/2 kaleng • - Air 400 ml • - Gulapasir 100 gr • - Vanila 1 sdt • - Mentega 1 sdmmentega • - Maizena 2 sdmlarutkandengan 100 ml air • - Kuningtelur 2 butirkocoklepascampurdengan 4 sdm air.

  4. CARA MEMBUAT :LANGKAH PERTAMA • Rebus semuabahankecualitelorsampemendidih. Setelahmendidihmatikanapidanlangsungmasukantelorkocoklepas.

  5. LANGKAH KEDUA • Aduksampetelorbener-bener rata, lalutuangkecetakan.

  6. CARA MEMBUAT FLA • Didihkansemuabahankecualilarutanmaizanadankuningtelor.

  7. LANGKAH KEDUA • Setelahmendidihmasukanlarutanmaizena.

  8. LANGKAH KETIGA • Matikanapi, lalusegeramasukankuningtelor, adukterussampekuningtelor rata.

  9. LANGKAH KEEMPAT • Setelah pudding & fladingin, simpendikulkas, sajikandingindenganhiasan cream.
