  2. BAHAN • 100 gram kacang panjang muda, potong 1/2 cm • 2 lembar daun kol, buang tulang daunnya, iris halus • 100 gram taoge • 100 gram terong bulat, belah 4-8 • 100 gram bengkuang, potong 1/2 cm • 100 gram ketimun, belah, potong 1/2 cm • 25 gram daun kemangi • 50 gram emping goreng

  3. RESEP SAMBAL KACANG HALUS KAREDOK • Resep Sambal Kacang Halus Karedok : • 200 gram kacang tanah goreng • 6 buah cabai rawit/sesuai selera • 2 buah cabai merah • 2 sendok teh kencur cincang • 1/2 sendok teh terasi • 1 sendok makan cuka • 1 sendok teh garam • 1 sendok makan gula merah • 150 ml air matang

  4. Cara Membuat  : • Campur semua bahan sayur mentah dengan sambal kacang, aduk rata. • Hidangkan dengan taburan emping goreng
