  1. COMMUNITY COLLEGE ASSESSMENT and CERTIFICATION

Examination/ Assessment Schedule • Assessments at each centre will be scheduled on the Last Sunday of every quarter i.e. Last Sunday of March, June, September, December • Criteria for eligibility in the assessments will include: • Students from all batches who have completed the course duration will be eligible for the assessments provided • All fees due are cleared • Students have minimum 60% attendance in the theory component • Students have completed the OJT component and have been graded by the employer • SMS details of exams to be sent to all students • Those who are eligible will receive reminders • Those who are ineligible will receive reminders about the reason of ineligibility • Students who were eligible in the previous quarter but failed to attend will receive reminders for next scheduled assessment • List of eligible students to be prepared and populated course-wise • Confirmation to be sought from students regarding attendance for the exam • Attendance sheet for internal evaluators, external evaluators and students to be populated for print to be used on the date of assessment

  5. STUDENT ASSESSMENT MARKS and GRADE • For each student, Grade and overall marks will be assigned by the HO after taking into considering the assessment marks (sent offline). Final marks/ grade components entered will include: • Date of assessment • Location of assessment • Overall grade • Marks obtained in • Basic English • Basic Computers • Life Skills • Core subject – Theory • Core subject – Practical

CERTIFICATION - MoM • All students who receive any grade but an ‘F’ will be eligible for the certificate (when grade is assigned by HO) • Memorandum of Marks (with grade) to be auto-populated and ready for print with WDI logo . MoM to include: • Student ID • Batch ID • MoMS.No (auto-generated) • Student Name • Guardian’s Name • Centre location • Program/ Course • Date of assessment • Grade • Marks • Date of issue to centre (entered by HO) • Date of issue to student (entered by Centre)

  7. CERTIFICATION - Completion • All students who receive any grade but an ‘F’ will be eligible for the CAP Completion Certificate (when grade is assigned by HO) • Completion certificate (with grade) to be auto-populated and ready for print with WDI logo, and will include: • Student ID • Batch ID • S.No (auto-generated) • Student Name • Guardian’s Name • Centre location • Program/ Course • Grade • Date of issue • Content: “This is to certify that ____, son/daughter of _______, has successfully completed the ____ program in ______ from the CAP WDI Community College centre located in _____. “ • Date of issue to centre (entered by HO) • Date of issue to student (entered by Centre)

CERTIFICATION – 3rd party • All students who receive any grade but an ‘F’ will be eligible for the 3rd party certificate (when grade is assigned by HO) • Additional payment should be made by the students who wish to own a 3rd party certificate. For eligible students who have confirmed attendance, the payment option should become available, against which the receipt will be issued upon payment. • Administrator should have the flexibility to enter multiple 3rd party agencies and payment options which the student can select from • Receipt should be issued to the student against payment towards the 3rd party certification • 3rd party certification preference is to be linked with student ID and batch ID and centres/ HO should be able to generate a list of students • Who wish to avail 3rd party certification • Who are eligible by virtue of payment of additional fees (receipt no. is reflection of elligibility) • Date of issue to centre (entered by HO) • Date of issue to student (entered by Centre)

STUDENT SNAPSHOT • A quick snapshot to track any student in the system should produce the following details: • Student ID • Batch ID • Batch starting date • Location • Program • Course • Payment due • Payment received • Fines/ Discount applicable/ applied • Theory attendance • OJT (if applicable) • Employer • Location • Stipent • Placement (if applicable) • Employer • Location • Salary • Assessment • Date completed/ eligible for (based on course duration and assessment calendar) • Grade • MoM • Date of issue to centre • Date of issue to student • Completion Certificate • Date of issue to centre • Date of issue to student • 3rd party • Preferred • Payment status (if applicable) • Date of issue to centre • Date of issue to student
