  1. Tacoma Community College Actively Managed Payment Plans

What is an Actively Managed Payment Plan (AMPP)? • A series of automatic, prescheduled, recurring payments • Pay fees over monthly payments • One sign up per quarter • Electronic authorization • Payments can be made via ACH bank draft from your checking or savings account or by credit/debit card • No need to re-enroll if you add or drop a class – TCC will upload changes for you! • FACTS/NBS will contact you if your balance/payment changes or you miss a payment

FACTS/NBS Has the Solution! • There is No Interest, No Qualifying and No Credit Check to be on a payment plan • Must have a balance of $200.00 or more • Register via the Web from online registration or at TacomaCC.edu • E-Cashier means E-Commerce… E-mmediately (enroll-in a plan or manage your account 24/7/365) • Service, Service, Service • Have a question? – call us or check MyFACTS (800-609-8056 xt 47173)

  4. How does it work? • Students Register for Classes the same way as always • Look for the ecashier or Payment Plan link when asked how you will pay • Complete the ecashier agreement (remember your password!!!) • Click submit and activate! • You will get a confirmation email • Fees will automatically be deducted from your account on the 5th or 20th of each month – Your choice! • Payments end prior to the next quarter registration date so no financial holds!

  5. Tacoma CC Policy: “Full or FACTS/NBS” • Pay in full after registration • Directly to the College (for credit card full payments) • Online using e-Cashier (for full payments from your checking or savings account) • You have a full financial aid package • You have an employee reimbursement or other full tuition package OR • Enroll in a payment plan for tuition or fees not covered by financial aid or other packages

  6. “MY FACTS” Account • Students can view their account on-line • Read-Only Tool (changes to monthly payments done in Business Office) • Great convenience for Students • Call FACTS/NBS about your account, not the Business Office (800-609-8056 xt 47173) • Excellent Information Management Tool • Accessible via www.FACTSmgt.com & click the drop-down box on the top left corner

  7. How Much Does it Cost? • The cost for FACTS/NBS is a minimal charge of $15.00/quarter • ACH full payments may be made using ecashier system. • No change for credit card full payments • Quarter pricing is charged every quarter a student enrolls in a payment plan. • $25.00 missed payment fee
