IMPORTANT • MUST ARRIVE AT SCHOOL at 6:30 a.m. • You will head down to your homeroom • Buses will leave promptly at 7:00 a.m. • Must be back to the buses by 3:00 p.m. to leave for AGI • Buses will return to AGI about 6:30 p.m. – Please have a ride ready. • Your parents MUST sign you out for pick up • If you are carpooling a note MUST be handed to your teacher prior to the trip

  5. Electronic Devices • You may bring any kind of electronic device – but you are responsible for it during the entire trip. • ipods, cameras, etc… • Bus ride is about 3 hours long.

  6. Money • You can pack or buy lunch in D.C. • $20 should be sufficient for the day. • You will be responsible for carrying your own lunch until you eat. • You will also be responsible for your own money.

  7. Behavior • You MUST stay with your chaperone at all times. • Groups may walk around together and visit different museums • If you are not demonstrating proper behavior in D.C. a chaperone will call a teacher and you will then be with a teacher for the rest of the day.

  8. Dress Code • The same dress code for the trip that applies at school. • Please be aware of the weather – bring sunscreen if it is going to be warm – or a coat if it is going to be chilly.
