  2. Grant Rogers remained involved in all phases of CMBS securitization, including loan origination and negotiation, sizing, underwriting and due diligence, rating of bonds, preparation of bond prospectuses and SEC registration documents, and marketing of securities, including "B" pieces.

  3. Grant Rogers negotiated modifications and restructuring of existing loans and also served on credit committee.

  4. Grant Rogers is benefiting the industry for the last 15 years. He had worked as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Talmage, LLC (formerly known as Guggenheim Structured Real Estate), and a commercial real estate private equity firm that he co-founded in 2003.

  5. Grant Rogers worked at UBS Warburg / PaineWebber INC. / Kidder, Peabody & Co. for almost 7 years as Executive Director and Deal Manager - Commercial Real Estate Group.
